International Future Problem Solving’s World Solutions Challenge
Congratulations to Jeremy Sun, Year 7, who teamed up with an interschool friend, Scarlett, and took First Place in the International Future Problem Solving’s World Solutions Challenge for 2024!
The challenge focused on how to integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) into society such that it works in concert with, rather than replacing, the human workforce.
Jeremy has been invited to compete in the World Finals at the International Conference this year. Well done, Jeremy!
Judo world ranking
A huge congratulations to Max Pogreb, Year 11, who has climbed the international judo world ranking for his age and weight division and is now ranked number sixin the world!
We wish him all the very best for his upcoming international competitions in Germany and Peru!
Sir John Monash Scholarship for Excellence
Congratulations to Class of 2024's Tina Qi on receiving the prestigious Sir John Monash Scholarship for Excellence at Monash University! Tina is also our School Dux, with an incredible ATAR of 99.9. We are proud to see her hard work and dedication recognised at such a high level!
KickstART Presenter
We are excited to announce that 2024 Kilvington graduate Maria Wang will be a presenter at this year's KickstART program!
Maria, who served as our Art Academic Leader in 2024, is now studying Commerce and Actuarial Science at Monash University.
KickstART, presented by ArtEdVic in partnership with the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), is designed to support VCE Art students and educators. The program offers valuable insights from NGV Top Arts exhibitors, high-achieving students, and the Top Arts curator to inspire and guide VCE 2025 students.
