School Photos - Wednesday 20 May
School photos will be taking place on Wednesday, 20 May.
Our school photos will be conducted by MSP Photography. Families will receive instructions and a link via Compass to purchase photos online directly from MSP Photography.
Please ensure students come to school in full winter school uniform on the day.
College Fees
2026 tuition fees are now due or if preferred, fees may be paid by regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment instalments, providing the fee account is paid in full by 6/12/26.
If you would like to take up one of these payment options and have not previously done so, please complete the School Fee Instalment Agreement via this link:
If you already have an instalment plan in place, these will continue without action, however if you wish to modify the frequency, please do so using the same link.
We would be happy to discuss your account and options available to you. BPAY is our preferred payment method. Please refer to your BPAY reference on your statement. Due to Centrepay reforms, we unfortunately can no longer offer Centrepay as a payment option, and all Centrepay direct debits ceased on 19/12/2025.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to consider completing the attached Hardship Application Form https://ww.catholic.edu.au/policy/school-fee-assistance/ and return it to either the College Business Manager or the School Fee Liaison Officer sflo@ww.catholic.edu.au.
Should you wish to further discuss your account payment options, please do not hesitate to contact the College Business Manager – Helen Brill on 69692400 or email
mcc-finance@ww.catholic.edu.au for a confidential discussion.
Canteen News
We are currently seeking volunteers to help in the school canteen.
Volunteers are required from 11:00am to 11:40am, helping serve lunch only. Any day you are available would be greatly appreciated. If you are able to help, please contact Jenny on
0400 993 903.
A reminder that small cash denominations are accepted, with payment by cash or cardonly. Mobile phones are not permitted to be used for payment at the canteen.
Volunteering in the canteen is a great way to meet new people, and the kids absolutely love seeing their parents there!
Thank you for your continued support.
