Year 11 work placement 

Nearly 70 Year 11 students have successfully completed their inaugural work placements in the fields of Hospitality and Construction. This invaluable program offers students a unique opportunity to experience the professional environment firsthand, while applying and refining the skills they have been developing throughout their studies. By engaging with industry leaders, these young individuals are gaining critical insights and preparing themselves for the dynamic realities of the modern workplace.

Our Construction students have collaborated with esteemed businesses, including Burraneer Bay Building, Corey Fox Landscaping, Colbert Constructions, Hayes Constructions, and Tranquility Landscapes. Meanwhile, our Hospitality students have honed their craft in renowned establishments such as Mike's Grill and Bar, Miranda RSL, Rydges Cronulla, Highfield Caringbah, and The Prince Hotel.

This experience not only fosters practical learning but also cultivates professionalism, adaptability, and confidence—skills that will undoubtedly empower these students when they transition into the adult workforce in the future.
