Parents and Friends (P&F)

The P&F at St Peter's School exists for families to build connection and get to know the families in our community. There is a balance of activities across the year which also includes some fundraising to support initiatives of the school.

Welcome BBQ

What a fantastic afternoon we had on Friday 6 February! Thank you to all those families who supported our Welcome BBQ- it was a great turnout on a beautiful afternoon. It was a great chance to build connections, or reconnect at the beginning of a new year.

We were busy recruiting Class reps to help support our initiatives throughout the year. If you are interested in knowing more about this role , then please reach out to us.

Events planned for this year:

Easter Raffle

We will request donations for hampers from March, with tickets to go on sale towards the end of term (23 March).

Term 2

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle

Our major fundraising event this year will be held at Bunnings Oakleigh on Saturday 30 May

Term 4

Special Person's Afternoon Tea Friday 23 October

None of these events can go ahead without parent volunteers.

We are looking for class reps - parents who can attend the P&F meetings, share the information with families in the class and help organise the events. Many hands make light work!

Class reps are also approached to help coordinate a morning tea when classes are rostered on to parish masses. (This is once a year). If you are interested in taking up this role, please approach your class teacher or our Principal, Sharon. 

Next P&F meeting

Our next meeting is on Thursday 5 March where we will be finalising plans for the Easter Raffle. Make sure you are on the P&F Whatsapp group to receive the link to join the online meeting.
