Australian Pollinator Count is a citizen science project that measures and tracks the abundance and diversity of insect pollinators over time.
Turn students into citizen scientists by running an Australian Pollinator Count in the schoolyard. Visit the website for a simple learner guide, helpful videos and printable forms for recording results.
Spend 10 minutes watching a flowering plant and record the different insect pollinators that visit. It’s an easy, hands-on way for students to discover the pollinators living around their school.
