No Bull Lunch Time Program
As part of our wellbeing initiatives at Brookside, we will be running a free, voluntary lunchtime program in collaboration with No Bull Movement for Year 7-9 students. Students can attend at will for whatever portion of their Friday lunch break they’d like.
What is the program?
This program enables No Bull facilitators/mentors to build positive relationships with our students, promoting a positive and fun environment for all. During the 30-minute lunch break, the facilitators play games such as Jenga and Uno, engage in conversations with students, and provide snacks. The rapport built during these lunchtime programs between our students and facilitators have been proved to have had measurable impact within individual students and school communities.
When does it run?
This program will run every Friday at lunch (11am – 11:30am)until the 2nd last week of Term 1.
What’s the cost?
Free!
Food Safety
No Bull will be providing snacks to the students most weeks. Whilst we are conscious of the kind of food delivered, please be aware of your child’s allergies, and remind them of food safety.
