ATAR Religion and Life Incursion

Our Year 11 ATAR Religious Education students recently had the privilege of welcoming Hon Michelle Hoffman MLA to the College for an engaging and thought-provoking Q&A session.

Students explored the complex relationship between religion and politics, asking insightful questions about how faith, values and public policy intersect in contemporary society.

Michelle Hoffman also shared valuable insights into the day-to-day realities of political life, explaining the challenges of balancing the diverse needs of the community while respecting individual rights and freedoms. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to connect their classroom learning to real-world issues and gain a deeper understanding of the important role politics plays in shaping Australian society.
