Harmony Week

Harmony Day at Lockleys North Primary School
What a fantastic celebration of diversity, inclusion, and belonging we had last Friday!
Our school came together to recognise and celebrate the many cultures that make up our amazing LNPS community.
Students teamed up and collaborated with their buddies across year levels, building connections and sharing in a range of fun and meaningful activities. It was wonderful to see friendships grow and our school values and learner qualities in action!
A special highlight of the week was our incredible LNPS Choir, which led us in celebrating harmony through music. Students enjoyed vocal warm-ups and a beautiful performance of Sisi Ni Moja, meaning “We are one” in Swahili. The entire school joined in for the chorus.
We were also treated earlier in the week to a stunning solo performance from Jabali. He was extremely brave, and performed a song that he sings at his local church. Well done, Jabali!
Thank you to everyone who helped make Harmony Day such a success. At LNPS, we are proud to celebrate who we are together!
