Chess Tournament

Beaumaris SC put on a great showing at the Zonal Inter-School Chess Tournament at Mordialloc SC on Tuesday 12th September. 

10 of our chess-masters across Years 7-9 battled it out with a strong showing improving on our April tournament results and finishing in the middle of the pack among a range of local schools in just our second ever appearance. 

A special mention goes to Year 7 Tass C who finished equal 3rd in the individual tally of 108 students including students from years 7-12.
