SIS Cross Country Results
This year at the SIS Cross Country Nazareth fielded a great team of 62 students, compared to 55 students the previous year.
Students and staff had to endure strong winds, wet conditions and a muddy course. But with determination, training and talent our students overcame these conditions and produced some excellent results.

Year 7 Art
Our Year 7 art students have just completed the most beautiful paintings inspired by the wonderful works of American artist Wyanne Thompson. As our inspiration, we thought it would be nice to contact Wyanne and share some of our artworks with her. And guess what?! She replied!
'Oh my gosh, these pieces are spectacular! I am so honoured. What awesome 7th graders and such fabulous paintings. They are really quite magical! Thanks for making my morning over here! Love, Wyanne'.

Business Management
On Tuesday 2August our Year 12 Business Management students headed off to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. Here we met the owner and operator, who opened our minds not only the the chocolate market, but the tourism market also. We learnt how the business was affected by COVID, how COVID established their amazing online system and how the land and factory are sustainable. After our informative session we then indulged in chocolate and ice-cream tasting, making giant lollipops to take home and a delicious lunch in their brand-new café, built due to consumer demand. A very enjoyable and delicious day was had by all!
