Young Torch Bearer in the Legacy Centenary Torch Relay

Lincoln O'Harae, in Year 9, participated in this amazing event, as one of the youngest torch bearers on the Cairns leg. He presented himself with confidence and respect, a true man of Saints. Lincoln's leg of the relay, on May 24, was to the front of HMAS Cairns, the halfway point of the relay, and was cheered on by the entire naval base.

Lincoln is one of 1500 torch bearers carrying the torch over 50,000 kilometres to raise funds for Legacy. The relay began on the eve of Anzac Day in Pozieres, France, travelled to London and returned home to Perth last month. It will cover every state and territory in Australia. Well done, Lincoln!
