International Women's Day

International Women’s Day is on Friday 8th March. The Feminist Collective has put together a whole week of celebrations, running from Monday 4th March to Friday 8th. Below is a list of the events happening on each day:

• Monday 4th: Fem Co is collaborating with Art Club to make an art piece that everyone can work on! You’ll hear more about this in your 11 minute connect session
• Tuesday 5th: It’s a casual clothes day! Make sure to bring a gold coin donation for a good cause
• Wednesday 6th: The library staff are running a photo booth! Remember to take a photo to show your support
• Thursday 7th: There will be a panel of guests talking about their experiences of work and making a difference across various industries. This will be at lunchtime in the library!
• Friday 8th: For International Women’s Day itself, we will be having a sausage sizzle!! The Fiona Richardson award will also be given to a woman from our school who has supported the empowerment of women, girls and all people at Northcote High.
