2019 School Fees
Dear Parents & Carers,
It would be appreciated, if you have not already done so, please visit this LINK HERE
and either:
- Complete and return a direct debit or debit / credit card authority, OR
- Complete the brief survey indicating how you intend to meet your obligations.
The College will complete the contact code for families whose daughters are commencing with us in 2019.
It should be noted that:
- Families who have completed an ongoing deduction will continue to have fees deducted under that authority unless we are notified of a change.
- Families who applied for CSEF assistance in 2018 through the College and remain eligible need not complete a new form for 2019. However, new families who hold a Health Care Card will need to lodge an application in early 2019.
- An invoice for 2019 fees will be issued to all families.

Holiday Office Hours
The College Administration Office will close from 12:00pm on Friday 21 December 2018 and re-open at 8:00am on Monday 21 January 2019. From 21 January - 25 January, office hours will be 8:00am - 4:00pm.
The office will also be closed on the Australia Day public holiday Monday 28 January.
Uniforms 2019
The MSJ uniform shop will be opened on book collection day on 29 January from 12:00-5:00pm. From 2019, the Uniform shop at MSJ will only stock the new uniform. If you require pieces from the old uniform, you will need to contact Academy at their Thomastown office, whilst stocks last. Secondhand pieces from the old uniform may also be available from the sustainable school shop website.
