Weekend Mass Times

Saturday   5pm (Quirindi)                6:30pm (Werris Creek)

Sunday      8am (Willow Tree)         9:30am (Quirindi)

Today’s readings invite and challenge us: to live generous, kind-hearted lives of compassion, mercy and love.

GOSPEL     Luke 6:27-38

‘Be compassionate as your Father is compassionate. Do not judge, and you will not be judged yourselves; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned yourselves; grant pardon, and you will be pardoned. Give, and there will be gifts for you: a full measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap; because the amount you measure out is the amount you will be given back.’

Family Mass & Laying of Pavers

On Sunday 27th February, 2022, the St Joseph's School community will be participating in the celebration of Mass with our parishioners and friends at 9:30am. Following Mass we will be laying the pavers at our School and enjoying a morning tea afterwards.

We will induct our new School Leaders for 2022 at a special Liturgy to be held as we celebrate St Joseph's Feast Day later this term.

Lent & Project Compassion 2022

Our student leaders shared this year's Project Compassion theme:  'For All Future Generations' with the school community at last Friday's assembly.  Each week, students and staff will learn about ways that Caritas support people all over the world through Project Compassion.  Lent commences next Wednesday 2nd March. Each family will receive a Project Compasion donation box on this day to collect funds throughout the season of Lent.  This box is to be returned to school by the end of Term 1.  Thank you.
