Dear Students, families, staff and carers,

I am writing to let you know that during this very difficult time, I am personally aware of the frustration that evolves from the challenge of the Yarrabah School opening and closing .I want to assure you that I am involved overseeing the processes and efforts that have been put in place to make sure the students, families and communities are SAFE, always following the education department and health department guidelines. 

The Management team running the school are working tirelessly to navigate this ever changing landscape. It has been a long couple of years for all. As we head into another Xmas period, I ask that there be further patience for this situation as we get closer to a full opening of our community. We have an amazing school with an amazing community and we are getting closer to a version of normal. Thanks for everyone’s understanding.
