Alexandra Keany              English

Hao Du                                 EAL

Kishore Murali                   Environmental Science

Tara Najibi                          Persian

Alexandra Keany pictured below with the education minister also was awarded a Top VCE All Rounder award for receiving a score of 46 or more in at least 4 VCE Unit 3and 4 subjects. Congratulations to all of these students on their remarkable achievement.

Tertiary Entrance for 2024

Thanks to all the Year 12 parents and students who attended the recent VTAC information night at JMSS. There have been a number of changes to the VTAC process over the last few years, so it was great to have the opportunity to summarise these.

Below is a list of dates related to the VTAC process this year that were covered at the information night. The most important date approaching is the JMSS date for students to complete all applications by. This date is set so that we can check that all details have been filled out properly and that all applications are completed prior to the Trial exams so that students can study for these without interruption.

Trial Exams

In the second week of the Term 3 holidays, we will be running a full face to face trial exam program. This will be the first time we have been able to do this since 2019. In recent years we haven’t been able to do as much exam practice as we would like and get students to practice their exam techniques prior to the final exams in October and November. A trial exam timetable will be published shortly.
