Congratulations to Eisay Adhanom on representing the College at a Gala Western Chance's Scholarship event hosted by the Govenor of Victoria, Linda Dessau at Government House on 12 May. Eisay was one of 25 WCSs recipients invited to the evening in recognition of his 2021 achievements. 

Work Experience

Many students participated in the Year 10 Work Experience program despite some interruptions due to illness. Melton SC Careers Team conducted site visits and telephoned students to check on their progress and discuss any concerns. Families and College staff should be very proud of the STARR values displayed by the students while attending their placements.

A reminder that Year 11 VCAL students also have the opportunity to undertake work experience: Dates 6 -10 June. Please contact the Careers Team if you are able to host a student at your work place.

Job Camp program (5 days) will once again be offered to selected students VCAL students to undertake training for possible employment in the Hospitality industry. Classes commence on Wednesday, 18 May in SL6 from 9am.
