Year Level Sharing of Parent Contact Details

Would you like to communicate with other parents in your child’s year level? Are you happy to share your contact details with other parents in your child’s year level? 

It’s easy on Astra!

Simply go to Parent Services on Astra, then click on the “Parent Contacts” icon: 

You may select your child’s name from the drop-down menu at the top of the page and when you click on the contact details that you are willing to share, the contact details of other parents who have shared their details will appear. The page will appear as below: 

The School offers this service to foster connection between parents and to provide a useful way for parents to communicate about topics relevant to specific student year levels.

Parents who access contact details via the Astra Parent Contacts are expected to adhere to the Parent Code of Conduct and to ensure a sense of safety, collaboration and belonging within the Girton Grammar School community. 

The privacy of parents must be protected at all times. Contact details should not be shared with any person other than those in the relevant Parent Contact list for each year level.
