Principals Welcome

Welcome to the 2023 school year. 

We are looking forward to seeing our students this week. In Living Well Learning Well, we enter this year with a renewed passion for making St Mary's College a safe, respectful place of learning.

We look forward to celebrating our new year with our combined Mass with St Xavier's on Ash Wednesday. 

In 2023 our staff will be focusing on writing skills for literacy. The focus will be curriculum driven and high impact strategies used across all classrooms.

The P&F are always looking for people to join their team to help support our schools. Our School Advisory Council has been supported by wonderful parents who have supported our growth and improvement. We are looking for new members to join the team. Please contact the office if you are interested.

I ask all our families to read the Living Well Learning Well Framework, particularly page 19. This communicates the way in which families become partners in our Catholic School Community. This will assist us all in improving our communication this year.
