Sim Card Devices @ School
St Mary’s is a Child Safe school which prides itself on ensuring our students are well cared for by all staff. At no time during the school day should students need to contact parents as they are supported by a multitude of people at school. If St Mary’s had any concerns or queries we are always proactive in reaching out to families and happy to call parents if your children need to clarify anything. If parents need to get a message to their child about an end of day arrangement, please email the office, and / or your child’s classroom teacher. This process and priority eliminates any child needing to carry a sim card device to school such as a phone, tablet or watch. Such devices are not needed at school and the school does not have the capabilities to store and monitor such valuables. We recognise that parents may find comfort in their children having such devices for before and after school travel however the school takes no responsibility for damage, loss and misappropriate use.
