Ukraine Caritas Appeal

Next week, our Junior School Prefects are leading an appeal for those communities that have been impacted by the conflict in Ukraine. The boys are aware of the desperate situation the people of Ukraine face, and this is a simple way they can help. The appeal is run through Caritas, and we ask that students and families donate during the week.

Summer Sport

Next week is our last summer sports fixture for Term 1. Thank you to the coaches who have guided the boys each week and to the parents for your support of the boys on Thursdays for the games and making sure they are at training every Wednesday morning.

The final two Thursdays of the term will be devoted to training for winter Sports. 

Prefects Corner

What an exciting week! On Friday, 6 Green had reconciliation with Fr Oscar, and we had our penultimate summer sport fixture against Guildford on Thursday before our match with Christ Church next week. The band rehearsals started this Tuesday and everyone got to see other brass, percussion and woodwind instruments playing together. Also, this week, Ms Temmen launched our Ukraine Appeal to donate to those in need due to the ongoing conflict in the Ukraine region via Caritas Australia. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ukrainian people. On Friday, we had three different assemblies where we displayed our posters for the Caritas Ukraine Appeal.
