Great work Ishaan!

Congratulations to Ishaan Makkar of 0X7 for being selected to represent Victoria at the 2023 National Schools Constitutional Convention.

The three-day Convention will be held on Tuesday 21 - Thursday 23 March 2023 (inclusive) in Canberra. Ishaan is one of 120 selected students from across the nation (25 from Victoria alone) that will gather at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House, Canberra to participate in the Convention.

Great work, Wilbur!

Congratulations to Wilbur Machado of 0S8 for winning Gold as the 2022 Victorian Young Historian for his Essay submitted at the National History Challenge. He was the Year 9 winner in Victoria.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, the Ceremony was conducted online last Wednesday evening. Wilbur will receive his Certificate via post next week. It is a significant achievement, given the amount of entries and the high quality essays that were produced in the Competition! Great work, Wilbur!

We also like to commend Sanjana Shankar of 0S6 and Shreya Bhargav of 0S4 for also participating in the annual National History Challenge. Both students received certificates of commendation for their entries! Their participation was gratefully appreciated!

Nossal High School looks forward in participating again in 2023.
