Election Day BBQ, Cake Stall & Grade 5/6 Activities

Election Day - Saturday 26th November 2022.

Not long now until the State Election and we need your help with the following:

Chocolates & Lollies for our Coin Toss

• wrapped chocolate blocks, chocolate bars, bags of lollies
• sweets all must be wrapped with no nut products and in date. 
• donations will be collected in your students' class or can be dropped off at the Office, please note we will also run this event at Carols night and donations will be collected up until December 8th

Cake Stall

• notice, bag & plate have been sent home with the eldest student in the family 
• additional notices and packs available at the Office
• donations can be dropped off at the Stadium and registered on Friday 25th from 12.30 pm until 4.30 pm & Saturday 26th from 8 am all donations must have ingredients listed and not contain any nuts, raw egg, custard, or ingredients that require refrigeration.

Volunteers

• many spots to fill across the day from setup to cooking and selling on the cake stall, we can’t do this without you, and it is a great way to meet other families
• student stalls require a parent to be present when the student is signed up for duty so why not lend a hand on the BBQ as our grade 5 & 6’s support our wonderful
