New Qkr App!
The PFA in conjunction with the school office have for a while now been researching online platforms to use for PFA fundraising events to eliminate the use of cash and to make our events and fundraising easier to manage at the backend.
The school has decided to use Qkr! by Mastercard which is a very easy and user friendly payment app used by many local schools.
We hope to use it for all future PFA events, but for now we are starting with our Mango fundraiser.
Mango Fundraiser
The PFA is running our very popular mango fundraiser once again. This year we are using the new Qkr app for online orders.
It is super easy to get started using the instructions on page 5 of this newsletter.
Trays are $27 each and will have between 12-23 mangos depending on the size and they will be ready collect in early December.
Don't forget to ask family and friends to order too. They can set up their own profile on the Qkr app which makes purchasing easy!
Mango orders close October 29th.
St Kilda Mums Charity
One of our CPS mum's Melanie, volunteers at St Kilda Mums, a charity who recycle nursery equipment including cots, prams, and car seats, as well as clothes and other baby essentials. They sort, quality check, and safety check them to ensure they meet current Australian Safety Standards. Has your family outgrown any baby and children's gear that is still in great condition? Please click the link below for a list of items we can and cannot re-home.
