Thursday Rep Sport
Season 3 has now officially concluded for the year. It has been an exciting year with our year 7 - 10 students participating in Thursday Rep Sport for the first time and what a great year it has been. All representative students are to be commended for their efforts throughout the year on how they competed and worked as a team but most importantly how they represented St Luke’s with such great pride.

Trials for Season 1 for 2023 will take place early next year. The possible sports are as follows:
- Boys Basketball
- Boys and Girls OzTag
- Volleyball
School Swimming Trials
If your child participated in the school Swimming Trials, please remind them to check the sports notice board in the Marketplace early next week as the qualifying times have now been received and students that have qualified for the next event have been posted. Further information will be distributed early next year.
Australian All Schools Athletics Championships
This week we have two students travelling to Adelaide to compete in the Australian All Schools Athletics Championships. Salote has qualified in 3 events, discus, shot put and hammer throw. Liam has qualified to participate in both long jump and triple jump. We wish both Salote and Liam the best of luck and congratulate them on their outstanding accomplishment.
MacKillop Cricket Trials (Primary)
Dhyan and Nishaan from Stage 3 recently travelled to Wagga Wagga to participate in the MacKillop Cricket Trials as apart of the Parramatta Diocesan team. This event saw students from various Catholic schools from all over NSW come together to compete. Congratulations to Nishaan who was selected to be apart of the MacKillop Cricket team and to Dhyan who was selected on the Invitation Cricket team. Both students will now travel to Bathurst in February to compete at the NSWPSSA Boys Cricket Championships. An outstanding achievement!
Parramatta Diocesan Tennis and Touch Football Trials
Well done to Lleyton, Anthony and Cameron from Stage 2 who recently represented our College at the Parramatta Diocesan Tennis and Touch Football Trials. It was a great effort to be selected to participate in these trials.
2023 Parramatta Diocesan Team Sport Trials - Primary and Secondary
As stated in recent communication the 2023 Parramatta Diocesan Team Sport applications (expression of interest) recently opened for various sports for both primary and secondary students. Please see the following document for further information on how to express interest for your child.
