The Year to Date
L-R: Alice James, Jac Benstead, Caitlin Johnston and Trisha Matthew
It's been a busy first half of the year and after the limitations due to COVID restrictions in 2020, we couldn't be happier about that!
We have hosted the Class of 1970 for their rescheduled 50 year reunion and our Walsh Club reunion. These events were held here at Kilvington in our Sport Centre and were very well attended. You can see some photos and read more about these reunions on the following page.
Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel the 40/45 and 30/35 year reunions due to the Victorian Government regulations during May and June.
We will endeavour to find alternative dates later in the year, however, we can’t make any firm guarantee that this will be possible.
Our Kilvonian Konnections all-peer event is scheduled for Friday 10 September, here at the School. We have engaged Julia Banks, former Liberal MP and Kilvington student, as a special guest speaker and this will be a good opportunity to come together again. So save the date! More about this event on page seven.
We love having our Kilvonians come back to the School to share their journey and wealth of knowledge with our current students.
On the morning of 4 March, we were indeed fortunate to have the dynamic and fabulous Jaclyn Benstead, CXO at Hacker Exchange and CEO of Gorrillacom, and a member of our Alumni (Peer Year 2002), speak at our International Women's Day Breakfast.
Thank you Jac!
Our Alumni Committee has met twice this year and we are thrilled to welcome some new members who have graduated quite recently.
Our committee now consists of 12 members and we have some exciting upcoming events to keep you connected.
Thanks to our members below for their enthusiasm and commitment.

As the performing arts has always had such an important place in the hearts of Kilvonians, one of the first initiatives our committee is keen to get up and running is a Kilvonian Choir.
We are on the lookout for a choir leader and an accompanist to help us get the ball rolling.
Please contact Rebecca Zolatoreva at
pr-gold@hotmail.com or Julie Scott at nicholas.scott@bigpond.com to discuss the details.
We have established a sub-committee to help organise the Centenary event/s for 2023. If you would like to be involved or have any ideas/queries, please contact Deb Duce at duced@kilvington.vic.edu.au.
