SFX Athletics Carnival & Trials, 1500m Trials

Congratulations to all of our senior school students, Years Three to Six, who took part in our Athletics Carnival last Tuesday 30th July at Willinda Park. Students participated with enthusiasm and energy, giving each event their best shot. It was so lovely to see our students cheering each other on and supporting their peers, making for a light and entertaining day for all!

Students who placed first in any event will now be considered to represent St Francis Xavier at the District level competition on 3rd September. Results and team members will be announced next week once all results have been collated and verified.

Thank you and congratulations once again to those students who didn’t quite get enough running in at the Athletics Carnival and attended the 1500m trials early, Friday 2nd August. Great competition, camaraderie and grit demonstrated by all of our athletes. These results will also be announced next week.
