YONATAN AYZELMAN WINS JUDO GOLD!!!

Year 9 student Yonatan Ayzelman has been studying the martial art of judo for 10 years.

Judo is a close combat sport requiring intense physical training and mental discipline. Students must not only be physically fit, but they must also be able to react to unexpected situations, applying the correct techniques whilst striving for safety in action above all.

Yonatan recently attended the Judo Victoria, July 2022 Competition in Broadmeadows, and we are thrilled to announce he came home with a Gold Medal in the Cadet Men’s age group. A significant achievement since Yonatan is younger that the competitors in this division too.

Congratulations Yonatan.  We’re confident we’ll be hearing more about your judo achievements in the future!
