From the Quality Learning and Teaching

And we are almost there! 

2020 is surely a year that most of us aren't going to forget in a hurry. 

It is wonderful to walk through classes and see the rigor of learning taking place and that students are still actively engaging in their learning. 

There have been whispers about an activities week in week 9.

I'm happy to announce for the first time making an appearance at Peterborough High School *PHS PROUD WEEK*

A week we can celebrate our success this year with our learning, be proud of our school and all its achievements in a year like no other.

What is PHS PROUD WEEK?

During this week students will be able to choose activities that are based on the Australian Curriculum that they might have been able to try before or that they have enjoyed during the year.

Some activities will include;

• Fun with Chinese with Mr. Tan
• iPad photography with Miss Havers 
• Basketball Tournament with Miss McCann
• Christmas Biscuits with Mrs. Coe

just to name a few. 

Students can sign up for activities in the student services hub as of week 8, keep your eyes on the morning notices. 

Thursday after recess the whole school will travel down to the Peterborough Lawn Bowls for an afternoon of Barefoot Bowls.
