"Arlo Langham gives the impression of being easy-going, serious, earnest, literary, and not without a sense of humour. These qualities might serve him well as Footscray University Town project ambassador; promoting and writing articles about events on the web and for being projects and communications support at MetroWest.

 MetroWest is a centre for Victoria University students and staff, and the wider Footscray community. In its fourth year, it continues to be a place for people to view art, listen to a seminar, or simply sip coffee. It stands out in the street and is easily identifiable because it is painted in VU’s trademark blue.

 If Footscray was a song, I ask, what does he think it would be?"
