Deniliquin – Moama Bus service
Dysons have agreed to trial a Moama Anglican Grammar dedicated bus service, aiming to reduce travel and waiting time for students to and from Deniliquin. Communication has been sent to the families impacted by this.
Outside School Hours Care
Nici Deller and myself have been working with SchoolsOUT, and look forward to being able to offer Outside School Hours Care on site, hopefully from around Week 3 of Term 3. Further information, including registration details, will be provided in the near future.
Business Connect Day
We are hosting a Business Connect Day on June 10, from 9.30am – 11am. If you are a local business owner, you are warmly invited to attend. Moama Anglican Grammar recognises the importance of developing strong, positive and effective partnerships between schools and business, particularly as this can contribute greatly to students successful learning and development. We also believe there are great benefits for businesses, such as:
• Identifying and making relationships with potential future employees who return to/stay in the region after finishing their studies
• Positioning as an employer of choice in the community
• Creating a positive community profile and building reputation as a socially responsible business.
There are many more benefits of school-business partnerships to students, businesses, schools and the community as a whole that we’ll touch on during the event. Our
Business Connect event will include brief presentations from students and local businesses who have benefitted from partnering with MAG, along with a tour of some of our School facilities. If you would like to attend please RSVP here by Monday 6 June 2022.
