EVERYDAY HEROES
Shadab Safa and Ahmad Mohammadi have shaved their heads to highlight that we are all touched in some way by the loss of someone to cancer. This year we lost a teacher and friend Ms Anita Templin. The school community has helped raise nearly $1000 dollars so far.
CONSTRUCTION ZONE
The College currently has a new Trade Training Centre construction being erected at the Russell Street end. Contractors will be working on it, for the next 6 months. A temporary fence surrounds this area allowing the contractors to work in isolation for the safety of all members of the College community.
Students are not allowed near this area. The Russell Street entry to the school is closed.
Please do not use the entry point into the Staff car Park at Russell Street. Cars and trucks enter at this point and is not suitable for pedestrian traffic. Please use the gates at Stawell Street and Brunt Street. A drop off zone is available for cars on Stawell Street.
REVERSING THE ROLES!
The SRC were responsible for one of the most enthusiastically received free dress days in memory. The Staff in some cases were able to fit into their old uniform.
This was a great day that had everyone wondering who was imitating and who was real.
The State School Relief will benefit from the money raised from this event. Thanks SRC.
