FROM THE PRINCIPAL

MEET JOHN JOVIC, CSC PRINCIPAL

It is a great honour and privilege to have been appointed as the new Principal of Cranbourne Secondary College. I have been a member of staff since 1997 and in that time I have become very fond of this great school.

I have come to understand the staff, students and parents of this school, and the important role that Cranbourne Secondary College has as an educational provider within the wider community. I particularly take great pleasure and comfort from seeing generations of families continue to have their young children educated at our school. We have parents and grand-parents who have previously attended our school regularly seen dropping off and picking up their children and grand-children. 

I am buoyant about the prospects of our College over the next 3-5 years. A facilities upgrade on a massive scale will deliver modern state of the art classrooms that will enhance our capacity to deliver the best learning program possible. 

While we have our challenges as a school (most schools have) I believe I am well placed to lead the school at this critical time in its history. An intricate understanding of this school and its community will enable me capitalise on the opportunities presented. I am highly motivated to see our school succeed and look forward to working closely with the students, teachers and parents of this great College.
