The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday May 16 at 7.30pm in Cantabrian Hall.
For the Major Fundraiser of the year coming up on Saturday August 17 the P&C is seeking a volunteer to coordinate the silent auction, please contact Heather Veitch or Yvette Bridges.
Grants Committee Team, seeking volunteers to assist writing applications, if you have the skill and experience to support the development of various funding grants applications, please contact Karen Rodgers or Heather Veitch.

SHOUT OUT TO FAMILIES TO SUPPORT P&C CATERING FOR THE SCHOOL MUSICAL
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
If you can give your time to support the parent teams for catering at one or more performances please contact one of the P&C executive to make your availability known.
DONATIONS of cakes and sweets are called for on each night of the musical performances; these can be delivered direct to the kitchen in the MPC on the night.

Contact Details: Please ensure that if your address or phone number has been changed the school administration is informed. A Change of Contact Details Form can be collected from Office A.
Excursions: The school is more than happy for students to pay overnight excursions off across the year as long as a $50 deposit is paid prior to departure. One day excursions must be paid in full before departure.
Newsletter by email: The newsletter comes out each month and issue dates are on the calendar on the website. Links to the newsletter are on the website, and are sent out via Twitter and Schoolstream. Families can subscribe to have the newsletter delivered directly to their email inbox, the link to do this has been published on Twitter and is in the newsletter. If you wish to have a hard copy your daughter must collect this from Office A. Limited numbers are available. Please note our current newsletter format is designed for online reading, on web, in email or mobile devices. A PDF hard copy version is available however please be aware links and galleries included in the online version are limited in the hard copy.

Canterbury Youth Drop-In returns to St Paul's afternoons at 3:00pm!
In partnership with Anglicare the Drop-In provides a fun and safe place to hang after school.
There's space to play crazy games, eat great food, and a time to chat through important topics.
So if your in years 5-11, why not swing by and check it out!
Our Youth Team for Canterbury Bankstown council have put together an fun filled eventful YOUTH WEEK 2019 with amazing activities, festivals, volunteering opportunities, competitions and giveaways and we encourage Canterbury Girls High School to join.
EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS: 10-18 APRIL 2019

Our main event is SparkFest including live entertainment, stalls such as Henna, air brush tattoos, glow in the dark body paint, jewellery making, health, smoothie bikes and more. There will also be a silent disco and dodgem cars. Share this event on Facebook by clicking your interest here.
During the week, we will also be screening Incredibles 2 as part of our Free Movie Night and activities which runs from 4-9pm at Bankstown Memorial Park. The day will include Oz tag, music, yoga, nutrition stalls and more. Participants who attend will also go in the draw to win a sign Canterbury Bankstown bulldogs Jersey or $250 MasterCard gift voucher for every activity they participate in.
