From the Principal

As Term 3 comes to a close, I would like to thank our students, teachers, staff, and families for another successful term.  It has been a busy term with the Prep/1 Swim and Gym program, Canberra Camp, two curriculum days, Golf Clinics and after school lessons, Buddies, 5/6 Basketball, Division Athletics, Chalambar Golf and the Prep to 2 Soverign Hill excursion, and all the teaching and learning that has occured.

Well done to the team of students we took to Monday's golf tournament at Chalambar. My understanding is that all our students had a wonderful day, tried their very best and represented the school with pride. This is a great acheivement in itself. Well done, everyone. A greater detailed report is avaible further in this newsletter.

Next term, we will be extending our family functions on XUNO with the inclusion of the notes, permission and payment option. There is nothing new parents need to do to enable this, it will all happen at school. Please note, this will be the schools preferred option of collecting permission and money, however, hard copies will still be made available at the office upon request.

This Friday is the final day of Term 3. I would like to remind parents and students that school is dismissed at 2.30pm. I wish you all a restful break, and I hope all those Collingwood supporters out there get to sing their song on Grand Final Day.
