Library days for Term 2. 

Kindy: Wednesday - 2:00pm

Y1/2:  Thursday - 2:15pm

Y3/4: Wednesday - 2:30pm

Y5/6:  Thursday - 1:50pm

Library Closure

The library will be closed for stocktake in Weeks 9 and 10 this term as well as Week 1 in Term 3. Due to the library being closed I would like to make everyone aware of the wonderful ebook site SORA.

Premiers Reading Challenge 2021

Is up and running and the students are really enjoying exploring new books to add to their lists. Don't forget to add the books to their log once they have read it. Challenge closes Friday August 20. Years K-2 must have read 30 books and years 3-6 must have read 20 books. 

Featured author

This week's featured author is Lemony Snicket. Student's in 5/6 were shown 'The Series of Unfortunate Events' book series that we have in our library. Many of them have heard of the series and were excited to see the books on our shelves (they also count in the PRC 5/6 challenge). The series was first published in 1999 by Daniel Handler who goes by the pen name Lemony Snicket.
