Catholic Schools' Week Mass
Thank you to the many families and friends of St Joseph's School who joined us for the beautiful conclusion to Catholic Schools' Week celebrations. It was very exciting to re-introduce our school choir once more - and congratulations on the commitment shown by each member, giving up playtime on several occasions, to learn the theme song "Faith in the Future".
Corpus Christi
The Feast of Corpus Christi (Latin for Body of Christ), is a Latin Rite liturgical solemnity celebrating the tradition and belief in the body and blood of Jesus Christ and his Real Presence in the Eucharist. It is often celebrated on the Thursday after Trinity Sunday, or 60 days after Easter.

Altar Serving -Expressions of Interest
Thank you to those students who have returned the expressions of interest form regarding Altar Serving. In consultation with Fr Vince and Carissa, we will commence training shortly. As students become more confident, they will be encouraged and supported to altar serve during Friday Mass. Preferred weekend attendance will be shared with Parish Secretary, Bern Press, and this will be added to the church roster advising when your child/ren are to altar serve.
