Dear Parents and Carers,

 

Parent Teacher Interviews

Strong parent/teacher partnerships assist students to achieve their personal best. At St Joey’s we offer the following opportunities to strengthen these partnerships.

 

Term 1 and Term 3: 

A  three Way Parent, Student & Teacher Conference; where individual student goals are discussed and updated.

Term 2  and Term 4:

A written ‘Summary of Student Learning’ is provided to parents and a parent teacher conference is also offered.

 

Please note our teachers are available to meet with you if you are concerned about your child’s progress at any time during the year. Email your child’s teacher if you require an extra meeting.

 

Here are a few questions which might help you get the most out of your parent/teacher meeting next week.

  1. Is my child’s overall academic performance on track?
  2. Does my child need extra help in any area and how can I help at home?
  3. How does my child behave in class and on the playground?
  4. How does my child get along with others?
