Did you know?

In 2012, Awien Deng-year 11 student took part in her first modelling competition as part of the Sixth Annual - Miss South Sudan Australia Beauty Pageant.  The major prize included a trip to Queensland.

Awien said that she had always had an interest in fashion. ‘I love fashion’, ‘I just love the clothes and all the designs … and then my older sister Abuk told me to get into modelling’.  The siblings certainly shared the same love of fashion and modelling!
