Redback Racing

After four days and six separate races Tom Stockwell finished 2nd in the overall category of the Redback MTB Race in Alice Springs last week. Tom has put in a huge amount of effort into his riding in the past few years and really stepped it up with four wins of the six stages.

After the four days and 8 hours 28 mins of singletrack MTB racing, Tom was only 6 mins off the overall win with a notable 43 sec time to race up Anzac Hill and only riding 20 secs slower on the Time Trial course with a mass start and in the dark! 

Ex-student Maddi Russell took out the overall win for the female category with 10 hours 40 mins and Henry Hackett dusted off his stead for a 4th place on the night stage.
