COVID-19 Testing

Calling on all rural and regional areas - any symptoms - get tested. It’s not over yet. Now, more than ever we need all Victorians - no matter where they are - to be vigilant; adhere to physical distance guidelines, maintain hygiene practices and get tested if they have any symptoms, and stay at home.

We must all play a part in talking to family, friends, neighbours and communities to ensure they understand what is at stake and what they have to do - no matter how hard.  It’s important to get tested at the first sign of any symptom and stay home until you get your result.

Getting tested means you keep yourself, your friends, family, workplace and your community safe. Victorian Government Advise on ‘Taking the test’ - Do I need to be tested and what does it involve?

The Victorian Government is offering a one-off $300 payment to support Victorian workers, including parents and guardians, who are required to self-isolate while you wait for the results of your COVID-19 test as well as a one-off $1,500 worker support payment for Victorian workers who test positive and are required to self-isolate. Victorian’s can call 1800 675 398 (option 8) to register for support
