To parents and caregivers of future students for Transition and Year 7 to High School.

The 2021 Transition dates for your child, discussed with your child’s teacher and principal. These are all coordinated by us, and your primary school will have more information about these dates when they become closer. The Transition Dinner will be held Term 4 Week 8 Wednesday on their last official day of transition. More information about the dinner will be available closer to the date. For now;

If your child is in year 6, entering Year 7 in 2022, their transition times will be

Visit one: Term 3 Week 9 Wednesday, September 15th 2021

Visit two: Term 4 Week 8 Monday, November 29th 2021

Visit three: Term 4 Week 8 Wednesday, December 1st – both cohorts, plus Transition Dinner

Visit four: Term 4 Week 9 Thursday, December 9th – PHS Proud Week.

If your child is in year 7, entering Year 8 in 2022, their transition times will be

Visit two: Term 4 Week 8 Tuesday, November 30th 2021

Visit three: Term 4 Week 8 Wednesday, December 1st – both cohorts, plus Transition Dinner

Attached to this letter is the timetable for your child’s lesson in Week 9, and also some additional information which we would like to use to support your child’s enrolment in 2022. Please ask them to being this on their first visit.
