COMMITTEE NEWS
Sadly Tara has stepped down from her role as PCA president as her family are about to embark on new and exciting adventures. On behalf of the whole school community and the PCA we are extremely grateful for her tireless work leading our committee. She will be very missed and we wish Tara, Nish, Logan and Kian all the best.
Louise Cashen will take over as president for the remainder of 2023 and we are excited to welcome Kylie Smith to the role of Vice President.
ICE CREAM DAY
Ice cream day was a huge success last week! Everyone enjoyed their delicious ice cream bowls and it was the perfect weather to enjoy a yummy treat. Thank you so much to the wonderful volunteers that gave up a few hours in return for some very happy children.
MOVIE NIGHT
Friday 24th March is Kismet Park’s Movie Night! Our Junior School Council has chosen The Bad Guys as our feature film and there will be plenty of food options with our PCA running a BBQ along with a variety of food trucks. The PCA stall will be selling glow sticks and raffle tickets so make sure you bring along some cash on the night. Tickets on sale now:
EASTER RAINBOW RAFFLE
This year the PCA are running an Easter Rainbow Raffle that will be drawn at the end of this term. We are asking students from each year level to donate an item of their allocated colour, which will be made into exciting hampers for the raffle prizes.
Ideas for donations include Easter eggs, craft items, homewares, toiletries, packaged food or toys. Please see the attached poster for further details. There will be a tub for donations at the office and we would be grateful for all donations to be dropped off by Friday 17th March.
