Activate Inclusion Sports Day

On Wednesday 29 May, a number of Year 10 PASS students, accompanied by Mrs Tanya Laird, were involved in a very special project run for students with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities. The annual Activate Inclusion Sports Day, is an important opportunity for McCarthy students to offer service.  Additionally, the participating mentors gain a greater appreciation of their own blessings. I am very proud to have received feedback that the McCarthy students were 'amazing', demonstrating care, compassion and respect in all their interactions throughout the day.

UAC Applications

A reminder to Year 12 students that UAC applications opened on Wednesday 3 April, much earlier than in previous years. Students are able to apply for undergraduate and international courses, as well as Schools Recommendation Schemes, Educational Access Schemes and Equity Scholarships.  Early bird and SRS applications will close at the end of September as usual. Dates are available on the UAC website.
