Book Fair - This Thursday 18th November - It is finally here!

The excitement is building and students have filled in their wish lists in readiness to purchase items on Thursday.  Our amazing Education Assistants will bring the students down to the library in their year groups after the parade to make thier purchases.

When your child comes to the Book Fair to purchase their books they need to bring their wishlist :

• with the items they are ordering, highlighted on the wishlist and QKR noted at the top of the wishlist for Qkr payments.

or 

• clearly written on the back of the order form with relevant online payment details; ie item number, title and price, receipt number and amount paid. 

Online payments can be made at www.scholastic.com.au/payment (and be sure to choose Book Fair not Book Club) and write the receipt number and amount paid. 

We need you to be very specific when filling in the details for orders.

Due to the online system not all books will be available for collection on Thursday but the orders will be sent away on Friday to ensure books are back at school before the end of the term. All orders need to be brought to the library on Thursday.  We won't be able to accept any orders after this day.

Book Fair is a wonderful opportunity to do some Christmas shopping for friends and family and raises funds to support our school. 

On Thursday morning we will also be having the Book Fair parade for the students. Students are able to wear their costumes to school and we will parade as soon as the class rolls are marked.  There will be one book prize per year level for the best costume and we will put lots of photos in next weeks newsletter for you all to see. 

Students may wear something from the Book Week Theme:  Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds or come dressed as a character from their all time favourite book. It would be great if they could bring that book with them to parade with.
