Bread tags for Wheelchairs

Environmental Challenge for the Year!

We have set our whole school Environmental Challenge of collecting bread tags for Bread Tags for WheelChairs to assist disadvantaged people in South Africa.

We are very pleased to announce that so far we have counted up 11,121 bread tags. The School Environmental team wanted to say a very special thanks to Rohit  from 4 Blue  and Rehan from Prep Red for donating 5,280 bread tags last Tuesday.

Also, a special thanks to our Year 6 Number Ninjas students Lily A, Courtney S, Alex K, Pierre F, Lachie M, Julia S and Rebecca A this week.  The Number Ninja’s completed a maths challenge to work out how many bread tags we have collected without counting every single tag!

Please help us by donating more bread tags so we can reach our school goal of 40,000 bread tags by the end of the year. Students simply place their bread tags in their classroom office tub in an envelope.
