Boom Gates Installed Main Entrance

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be advised that we now have Boom Gates operational at our main entrance on McDonalds Road.

For the safety of our students, this entry is strictly for STAFF and DELIVERIES only and kindly request that parents please park in the bus service lane should you need to access the college.

At this point in time, parents are reminded not to enter the school site due to COVID restrictions unless an appointment has been arranged.  Upon entry, all parents are asked to scan the QR code, sign in at the front office XUNO kiosk and wear a face mask at all times.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund applications have been extended

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.

If you have a valid means-tested concession card, such as a Veterans Affairs Gold Card, Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible. There is also a special consideration category for asylum seeker and refugee families.

Payment amounts this year are $225 for eligible secondary school students. Payments are made direct to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions and sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

Applications have now been extended to the 13th August. Your Health Care Card or Pension Concession Card must be valid from the first day of term 3 being the 12th July, 2021 to be eligible to receive this payment.

If you would like to apply for the first time, please contact the school office on 9401 2599 or download the form from Epping Secondary College website/curriculum/student forms.

You can also download the form and find out more about the program and eligibility, on the Department of Education and Training’s Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund web page.

Many thanks,
