EPPING BRINGS MUSIC BACK TO LIFE

After our most recent lock down it is with great pleasure that we see our music students back on board recommencing their musical journey both in the Music classroom and Instrumental Music Program.

Currently our year 7 and Year 9 music students are back in the classroom doing what they love…learning to play and explore Music, making connections and of course developing their musicianship skills using a variety of instruments.  We also have a large number of students from year 7-10 learning different instruments, as well as some VCE Students who have chosen to have lessons either before or after school as part of the Instrumental Music Program.

Our Instrumental Students have also enjoyed shifting from Remote Learning to onsite lessons.  Many thanks to our Instrumental Music Specialists, Sam Bonanno, Lewis O’Leary and Sophia Blackburn for their dedication in engaging our students online during our recent lockdown.  It has been a challenging time for all but we welcome back all our Music students into the classroom and look forward to showcasing some great emerging talent throughout the term.

Any student who would like to join a band or take up an instrument is invited to see Mr Talarico regarding enrolling into the program.  For now ‘let the music play” and welcome back to all.
