Following on from our internal trials and some afternoon games this week for our A teams against Villanova College we now host all of St. Laurence’s rugby teams at Ashgrove this weekend. Our A teams were in great form after only trialling for one week and there was some fantastic rugby on display at our College fields.
As we have mentioned at the start of the newsletter, the schedule for this weekend is a lot different from what we are all used to. Catering for all teams involved in basketball and tennis trials, 34 football teams and 37 rugby teams has been a difficult task so please check the schedule carefully. Our day will conclude with 4:00pm matches on nearly all of our fields this Saturday!
Next week we move into our training schedules for the remainder of the term. Please ensure you have all of your correct playing equipment including the correct BLUE rugby shorts and College rugby socks.
