Pines Forest Aquatic Centre

VICSWIM summer intensive swim lessons are coming to PINES in 2023.

We will be hosting the VICSWIM Summer Holiday Intensive Swim lesson program at our sister site, PINES, in January.

The VICSWIM program is a low-cost, intensive program teaching swimming and water safety to children from 4 years of age. Each program consists of daily lessons starting at the same time each day throughout the week.

Dates for the upcoming summer intensive programs are 3 – 6 January 2023 and 9 - 13 January 2023.

Bookings open on Wednesday 30 November at 10 am and you can visit VICSWIM (https://vicswim.com.au/) for all bookings and payments.

These lessons will be booked out fast, so be ready on the day to secure your spot!

PINES Christmas Pool Party – Friday 16 December, save the date.

Every year we celebrate the holiday season with our PINES community with our Free Family Friday Christmas Party.

Local families can enjoy free entry, our waterslide, activities, and a visit from our old friend in red! It is always a fantastic event and is the perfect way to celebrate the end of the term for students and their families.

We will be updating our website and Facebook page with all community events that we will be hosting at PINES.

Strong Sisters Sportsfest

WHAT: Strong Sister Come and Try Sportfest

WHEN: Saturday 10th of Dec

WHERE: Belvedere Reserve, Oval 1 (in front of Linen House)

TIME: 12 pm- 4 pm

The Strong Sisters Sportsfest at Belvedere Reserve is a FREE Come & Try event focusing on engaging mothers/mother figures and daughters and creating a pathway to ongoing participation in a local sport or activity.

A variety of local and state sports and recreation organisations will be there including AFL Vic, Cricket Victoria, Frankston FC, Football Vic, PARC, Reclink, Frankston Hockey Club, Carrum Downs Cricket Club, and plenty more!

This family-friendly and inclusive event is open to all, so everyone is welcome to participate in the activities.

NOTE:

Club fee subsidies - A variety of clubs and organisations at the Strong Sisters Sportsfest will be handing out $50 vouchers to a limited number of attendees that are interested in joining their club or participating in a program.
Any students from schools in the Frankston LGA that attend the Strong Sisters Sportsfest are eligible for a $10 voucher to take back to their schools to go towards sports equipment from Knight Sports.
